The Tarpon migration in New Smyrna Beach, Titusville, and throughout East Central Florida begins in May and often runs through September, peaking in July and August. This world-famous species, the "Silver King", offers some of the most exciting fishing possible. These fish can be aggressive feeders, and once hooked, will have your drag screaming as they run and exhibit jumps akin to acrobatic feats.

Fly Fishing

When these prehistoric game fish enter the flats and basins of Mosquito Lagoon, they offer excellent shot for fly fishermen. From laid up, to cruising edges, or rolling in large schools, it is an incredible angling opportunity.
